Shipping policy
Shipping costs for domestic and international orders are calculated at checkout. Package prices are determined by order weight. International orders are automatically calculated based on the carrier selected at checkout.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. For information on shipping policies concerning refunds or exchanges, please see the Refund Policy page. We do not offer full or partial refunds on shipping fees for multiple consecutive purchases. Please take this into consideration before making multiple purchases.
Shipping times for products may vary depending on the item(s) status (pre-made, made-to-order, in stock, etc). Please allow up to 20 business days for order shipment. If your order has not shipped after 20 business days, you are welcome to contact us via the form on our website. We will respond as quickly as possible.
Once the package has been handed off to the shipping service, we have no control over how quickly the item arrives. If the item has not arrived within 40 days (domestic) or 60 days (international) and the tracking hasn't updated in 20 days, you are welcome to contact us via the form on our website. We will respond as quickly as possible.
For orders outside of the United States, please note that we are not responsible for the payment of any additional customs fees or other tax fees. Shipments outside of the U.S. may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fees may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Any fees are to be paid to the appropriate customs agency by you, the end customer. We also will not alter the price listed or any other information on the customs form to assist with customs fees.
