Refund policy
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:
Returns and refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. We do not offer exchanges on any molds nor do we offer returns or refunds for custom molds. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or in similar protective packaging. Returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of purchase date.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will not be offering neither partial nor full refunds for shipping costs. Please be careful to select you preferred shipping method at checkout.
Refunds:
If we have agreed on a return for your purchase, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will let you know whether or not your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Late or missing refunds:
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you haven’t received a refund within 2 weeks of being notified, first check your bank account to see if there is a pending refund. If you do not see the refund there, please contact your credit card company. If you're still having issues, contact your bank.

Sale Items:
All orders on sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item or for the cost of shipping should MaikoMolds offer to send a replacement item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping a return or exchange worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item as carrier services are out of our control.
For orders outside of the United States, please note that we are not responsible for the payment of any additional customs fees or other tax fees. Shipments outside of the U.S. may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fees may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Any fees are to be paid to the appropriate customs agency by you, the end customer. We also will not alter the price listed or any other information on the customs form to assist with customs fees.
We reserve the right to handle each case as we see fit.
